Dr. Mousa's academic background in communications engineering, which he obtained in 1998, has played a crucial role in his success. He has also received extensive training in France, the United States of America, Norway, and Belgium, further honing his skills and expertise. After gaining valuable experience working with Etisalat Corporation, Dr. Mousa joined his father, Ali Mousa's, group, where he established and managed a group of factories affiliated with the group. This experience paved the way for him to establish Fam Holding, which has become one of the most successful companies in the region. Thanks to his investment contracts and successful partnerships, Dr. Mousa's reputation soared to great heights in the continental sector within just three years, from 2005 to 2008. His contribution to the business community in the UAE has been significant, and he continues to inspire and lead others to success.
